Patrons with current library cards are not eligible to apply for a digital-only library card.

Those eligible to apply for a digital-only library card include:

Anyone who is at least 4 years of age who is living, working, or attending school in Ohio, and anyone who owns property in Gallia County.
Residents of Mason County, WV
Digital-only card holders who are interested in a regular library card will need to apply in person at the Library, as per policy.
